API 6D Double Block and Bleed Valves
FZV produces double block and bleed (DBBV) valves that are designed to replace the complex form of multiple valve connections in traditional pipeline applications. The FZV DBBV has similar characteristics to the conventional ball valves, such as limited fluid resistance, short opening and closing time, anti-blowout proof stem, fire-safe design, anti-static design, emergency grease injection ports for both stem and seat.
Design Features
Available in both floating or trunnion mounted designs, the FZV DBBV uses either a side entry integral or three-piece body configuration.
FZV DBBV valves are widely used in oil and gas, chemical, power, food, pharmaceutical, and other industries.
- NPS 1/2 to 6 (floating ball)
- NPS 2 to 16 (trunnion ball)
- Class range from 150 to 1500
